The Pagan Temple-Nominated For Next Year's Nobel Peace Prize

Well, since Obama has won the latest Nobel Peace Prize for virtually and literally doing nothing but talking about peace-and frankly, not even talking a lot about peace at that-it has got me to thinking, damn, I deserve the prize myself. I at least deserve a damn nomination.

I have been trying to make peace between two fellow bloggers, both of whom I consider somewhat to be friends. Unfortunately, Agent Beakerkin of The Department of Homeland Security is having none of it when it comes to my attempts to bring to an end the long-standing, bitter feud between himself and Trotskyist and former wrestling promoter Renegade Eye, whom Beak refers to as the "Lunchroom Lenin" and the "Cafeteria Commissar".

Click on the link I provided to Beakerkin's blog, which is a post in which he explains in his own fashion his utter contempt for all leftists in general, but communists especially, and most especially for Renegade Eye, and you can see I have my work cut out for me.

It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. Sure, I get it that these two are never going to be friends, and they are never going to make peace with each other, nor is Beak going to get over the many ways in which he has been slighted and assaulted by certain people whom he insists were acting at Ren's instigation-nor do I fault him for that, to tell you the truth.

But let's be frank here. Obama is not going to make peace between any of the warring factions of our globe, any more than he is going to make peace between Democrats and Republicans-or between Democrats and other Democrats, for that matter. Did that stop the fucking Nobel Committee from nominating, and awarding him the prize? Hell no. They had to go and do it anyway, just because he-well, talks the bullshit they like to hear.

Well, by God it's my turn. For trying to bring about peace between Beakerkin and Renegade Eye, I hereby nominate myself for next years Nobel Peace Prize.

I want that fucking million dollars and I want it by this time next year, by God.

The bottom line is who has the blog with the most readers? Who has he turned away from my blog?

If Beakerkin didn't exist, I'd have to invent another one. He is able to make me look good politically and personally. At his own blog, he couldn't convince anyone I'm antisemitic. Repeat; at his own blog.

With all his self righteousness, his main character trait is being dishonest.

He supports David Yeagley's racist blog, praised by Stormfront. At antiracist Troutsky's blog, he is a troll.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Beak has turned against Yeagley since he became aware of his racist inclinations. He says he previously only visited and commented on the posts that dealt with Jewish issues. After a few suspicious comments there by Yeagley and some others, and with some urgings from others who were aware of Yeagley's true inclinations, he visited a few of the other topics and was repulsed by what he saw.

He was actually quite embarrassed when he finally realized the truth, and made many posts trying in vain to explain himself, and at first Yeagley, before he finally accepted the obvious facts that Yeagley is a racist, and perhaps a fraud, and definitely a bore.

I know Beak gets all wound up and let's his fingers fly across the keyboard before he exercises his brain sufficiently. I've told him that and advised him to moderate his temper. I don't think he cares much for my opinion, but at least I tried.

I haven't visited Troutsky's blog but one time. I'll try to make it there again some day.

Yeagley is no more enlightened about Palestine, than any other issue. Beak is attracted to Yeagley, because they both are irrational on Palestine. Both are binary thinkers. Both Israelis and Palestinians have fears that need to be addressed before there can peace. To Beak and Yeagley, only Isreaelis have real fears.

Obama was not nominated for the Nobel Prize for anything other that being elected. The nomination came a mere few weeks after he was elected in November last year.

THe real Constitutional issue here is should a sitting President be allowed to recieve blatant financial gain for a foreign policy position?

SecondComingOfBast said...

That's pretty much how I look at it Beamish. Don't I deserve the prize for my efforts at making peace between Ren and Beak every bit as much at least as Obama does?

Especially when you consider my efforts are far more likely to be successful than Obama's efforts can ever hope to be.

In other words, the chances of Obama bringing about peace are pretty damn grim.

Ren-

The Palestinians have their work cut out for them, but I am reasonably sure they can achieve peace, despite the confederation of pizzerias, bus stops, dance halls, and teenage hangouts that are constantly ganging up and picking on them, seemingly determined to destroy them.

It's just not fair, I tell you.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Well, I'm not interested in the perennial Beak vs. Ren war. It's actually sort of cruel to constantly pick on the incapable of rational thought, which is why I don't go looking for left-wing blogs to toss grenades into. Truth be told, Beak vs. Ren is sort of like a Abrams tank vs. a Chihuahua.

Beak has personal reasons for his beef with Ren aside from his joy in kicking Ren's teeth in everytime they clash online.

Let Beak have his fun with it. Live and let be.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

I lost interest in Ren's blog when in the course of seeking honest discussion, none of the leftists there would admit up front that they're morons.

Honest discussion wasn't possible. If they would deny the obvious, they'd absolutely trip over the nuanced.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Too bad. I actually miss your comments over there as much as I do Beaks. I remember one time you really had a knock-down drag-out with somebody over there. I'm not sure now who it was, but I think it might have been Daniel Hoffman-Gill. I had a few run-ins with him myself. Now I just say my peace and let it be. But its fun too sometimes to cut loose. That's one thing to be said for visiting a blog that has a variety of readers with diverse viewpoints. You get to yell at each other.

Of course, you should always strive for peace between folks (ahem)

That's kind of wish I wish Beak would come over here and engage with Ren. You know, to kind of try to work things out between the two of them (ahem).

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

I've not been to Ren's in a while. Does he still propose to solve every problem including diarrhea and hair loss with "more socialism?"

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

BTW, what ever happened to Sonia Belle and her (his?) blog?

SecondComingOfBast said...

Sonia quit blogging, at least on her main blog. She's going through some kind of severe depression, the last I heard.

There is a Sonia Bellechase who lives in Montreal, and I've seen her picture, but the lady in question denies she's the same Sonia. Needless to say, you would not notice any similarity apart from the name.

And yes, Ren unfortunately thinks socialism is the answer to all the world's problems, or at least is the best answer.

He also thinks Obama is a corporatist liberal reformist politician, but at least he's got enough sense to know he's not a "right-winger" like Ducky.

Socialism might well be a cure for diarrhea. Seeing as how there's generally a lack of basic foodstuffs anywhere it's implemented, it's also a possible cure for shitting.

Beamish: Beak has never won fight with me. The measure is by, who did Beak win over, to disliking me on a personal level?

Whether you come to my blog or not, is one thing. I would say a political question.

Beak's attacks are totally personal. He has no politics.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Ren-

In Beak's defense, a good lot of this has to do with John Brown/Slave Revolt, and Liberal White Boy. They spammed him and, as Beak puts it, "invaded his privacy", and made all kinds of vile threats against him.

I believe that he honestly thinks you either encouraged them, put them up to it, or at least tacitly acquiesced in their efforts.

I don't think that, mind you, but that is what Beak himself honestly seems to believe.

I tried to tell him that you can't be responsible for the actions of everyone who visits your blog, but he seems to think you are somewhat actively responsible.

I don't believe that, but there it is.

SecondComingOfBast said...

By the way, I linked Troutsky's blog to my blogroll. Interesting blog indeed.

Just thought I'd say, "Hi."

Is it just me, or have you moved significantly to the right?

If I ever am on the council to decide the Nobel Peace Prize (Which is much more likely than you ever receiving such a prize.) you will have almost as many council members for you as hHe, sorry should definitely capitalize that, had.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Tragedy, thanks for visiting. That sounds poetic and ominous too, doesn't it? Do I know you? DF Abbott seems familiar but I can't place it. Are you from Kansas?

And yes, I've moved significantly to the right. I used to be more of a Blue Dog Democrat. Now I look at Blue Dog Democrats as fellow travelers and moderate Republicans as useful idiots. Sometimes I wonder if I've suffered brain damage sometime during my sleep.

Truthfully, I've been biting my tongue about a lot of things for a lot of years now. Once I started piecing certain things together, it was like watching a row of dominoes falling in slow motion.

Glad you stopped by. Stick around for the Halloween/Samhain Party.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Speaking of which, Ren, for my Samhain series I am planning to have a special post in honor of our "Anonymous" friend from your blog-seeing as how Halloween is an appropriate occasion to make note of those poor trapped souls who are "born in the wrong body".

Bet you can't guess which song video I'm going to use for it. A hint-it should be obvious.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Ren,

On political discussions, yes, Beak trounces you like a red-haired stepchild, as anyone outside the Trotsky cult could and should. And I say that as a former student of Trotsky's writings myself. I was never an adherent of Trotskyism, but in my less grounded, immature years there was an appeal there. Vanquished when I learned more about Trotsky.

On the personal disagreements he has with you, I'm only tangentially a part of that as my own blog was spammed by your "comrades" along with other friends of Beak. It was your "side" of the conflict that went as far as threatening the children of bloggers in our circle and harassing Beak at his place of employment, using personal information YOU provided them.

It's not something forgiven easily. Beak has full right to honestly treat you like a scumbag. Personally, I could care less if you feel mistreated.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Definitely not cool to victimize people at their homes or work. I've been on the receiving end of that kind of crap myself, though it wasn't about politics, at least so far as I know, it was more personal stuff, for the most part. I think there was this one jackass who misunderstood something I said once and got the wrong idea that I was some kind of gun control freak, which is a real fucking joke. But anyway, I definitely understand where Beak's coming from there.

Frank Partisan said...

Beamish: Your side hates Beak as well. Is Mad Zionist or Nanc on the left?

Beak openly announced he came to my blog to troll. I didn't even know who was.

He couldn't even convince people he wasn't Eitan LOL.

I mentioned Beak one time on a post. He attacked me hundreds of times. I made him forget John Brown, because his attacks bounce off me. I need Beak. He makes me look good.

Frank Partisan said...

Beamish: For someone who claims to have studied Trotsky, it doesn't show.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Ren-

Not everyone who studies a person, a philosophy, or a political or economic theory, etc., is going to agree with or adhere to those principles. I've studied Christianity and Hinduism, it doesn't make me a Christian or a Hindu.

As for Mad Zionist and Nanc, MZ is a Kahanist, which Beak dislikes intensely, so MZ's conservatism on some matters is irrelevant. Beak is actually a political moderate anyway. He is in the mold of Giuliani, and with that more moderate wing of the GOP. People like MZ would look at Beak like he's a RINO (Republican In Name Only) because mainly of his moderate to liberal stands on some social issues.

I don't know that much about Nanc, I just assume it's a personality clash between her and Beak. She enjoys engaging people of different political persuasions in a friendly way. At the same time, Beak does link to her blog, so he must not dislike her that much.

Finally, to be clear, I realize that this problem between you and Beak is not all one-sided. I am really not taking sides here.

I have to be an honest broker here if I'm going to get that Nobel nomination.

Now, can you say something nice about Beak, and hopefully he about you?

Anonymous said...

The Pagan Temple,

You haven't actually linked to Nanc via Agent Beakerkin's blog, have you?

Yikes! I thought I'd died. Then it hit me this site looks different from last time I was here.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Anonymous-

I haven't linked to Nanc's site yet. I have been meaning to, just haven't gotten around to it yet. I just noticed Beak had linked to her when I was over there the other day.

It must have been some time since you was last here. I changed my blog something like two years ago. I was publishing a horror novel in installments, and Ren was whining about how hard it was to read it. So I changed it to a more eye-friendly font and background. I'm glad I did. I like it a lot better than the old settings.

Who am I talking to, by the way?

Anonymous said...

Anonymous was me. Couldn't work the end of the comment thing right.

Not your site, the link to Nanc.

Anonymous said...

Happy Halloween, Refomation Day, WTF?!

Not Nanc's site.

SecondComingOfBast said...

Ok I see what you mean now. Nanc's former site is now a Bile prophecy site. I guess she's affiliated with it, but I wouldn't know. I do know she is a devout Christian, so it's possible she just let them have it.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

If you try to get to Nanc's blog from Beak's, you'll hit the prophecy website.

If you try by the url or from the link at my blog, you'll get her blog.

I don't know how that redirect works, but it does. Clever, whichever of the two is responsible for it.
