The Wages Of Sin For You Wicked, Wicked Women

So, what is going to happen to all you haughty, wicked women that talk back to your husbands, who mock them and leave the house without your husband's or father's or son's or other decent, responsible male relative's permission?

Well, as we plainly see here in this fifteenth century Persian painting, courtesy of Zombietime, of Mohammad, astride the mythical creature Buraq and in the company of the Archangel Gabriel-

YOU WILL BURN IN HELL FOR ETERNITY WHILE HANGING BY YOUR PIERCED TONGUES, BEEEYATCHES!!

A few things:
1. the hooks are actuallly through their breasts, which is still pretty painful
2. the text says they were condemned for having children through adultry. Not that that's a better reason for them to be hanged above a fire by their breasts. But, there you go.

Rufus-
looks to me like it's through their tongues. Notice how their heads are inclined upwards. Of course, I might have copied the wrong picture. There's some more, one of women in hell for showing their hair and thus "inciting lust in men", and another for lying to their husbands about their children's paternity.

If you go over the site, by the way, notice how the pictures of Mohammad are all as seemingly similar as the ones we see today of Christ are to each other.

At one time, artistic representations of Mohammad were common in the Islamic world, especially in Persia.

Danielle-
You don't want people to think you are a wanton woman do you?

Look on the site you listed. There's one where they are hanging by the breasts, too. It's just not the one you poste.
The one with the breast hangings is punishment for giving birth to illigitimate children. Ouch. You have to wonder how sick these men were to come up with these things. And if they were that easily aroused that the sight of hair made them get it up, then you have to wonder ...
